Urgent Need: Help The Point/Arc Purchase a New Home, Creating More Residential Options for an Underserved Population
Residential options for Exceptional Care are scarce in Northern Kentucky and The Point is “stepping up to the plate”. We have a small window to raise 50% of $215,000 to purchase a Florence Home for three ambulatory individuals who currently live in our Fischer Home. Because our Fischer and Hancock homes are totally handicap accessible, this will free three new bedrooms for non-ambulatory individuals who need “exceptional care”, and are patiently waiting for a Northern Kentucky opening.
We are looking to do the same with our Hancock Home as soon as possible. Once a second home is found and purchased, three more ambulatory residents will move, allowing for three new individuals who qualify for exceptional care to join The Point Residential Program.
We are seeking donations of all amounts to help us purchase this home, which is currently an urgent need so we can best serve our individuals.
GIVING OPTIONS: Naming rights will be awarded to the highest donor in honor or in memory of someone. All gifts in any amount are appreciated. To donate online, click here. You can also send a check made to "The Point/Arc" to:
