Residential Program

What We Do

The primary population we serve is individuals diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental difference. Our goal is to provide and promote the highest level of residential independence.

Our services may include around-the-clock care or semi-independent care as required by Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who have cleared a background check and drug screen. Comprehensive training is provided before a DSP is permitted to work independently, which includes Red Cross certification in CPR/first aid, crisis prevention by a state-certified trainer, medication administration by a registered nurse, specific module-based training, supervised on-the-job training, as well as individual-specific training for each person served.

Our Homes

Our homes are located in Northern Kentucky in the counties of Boone, Campbell, and Kenton. Our homes can accommodate between three and six residents depending on the location. Some have physical accommodations such as an elevator, ramp entry and interior modifications. Each residence operates as a family home setting that provides assisted transportation to medical appointments and community outings.

The Need

As individuals and their family caregivers age, so does the likelihood additional assistance will be needed. There are limited options in our community for those in need of residential services. Making preparations for someone who is unable to live independently is essential. The wait list for these waiver based services are extremely long.

How to Apply

Qualified applicants will be a Kentucky Supports for Community Living (SCL) Waiver recipient.
